A Parks Canada red chair at the base of La Chute waterfall in Forillon National Park, Quebec.
The Gaspé Region of Quebec is one of my favourite places to visit in all of Canada. The scenery and wildlife viewing opportunities are amazing - from bears, porcupines and moose to gannets, seals and whales.
The landscape is similar to coastal regions of Atlantic Canada, but the food is way better! Every small town has a poissonnerie (fish store) a boulangerie (bakery), plus wine is available in gas stations. (I'm accustomed to that convenience now that I live in New Brunswick, but it was a big luxury when I lived in Ontario).
Even on camping trips, we always eat well in Quebec!

Tracy Munson is a blue-haired, wine-drinking, nature-loving, bunny-hugging, Canadian Landscape and Animal Photographer. While living in Toronto, Tracy took every opportunity to escape the city and her rewarding but stressful job in one of the country's largest Animal Shelters. After seeing it all, Atlantic Canada kept drawing her back and in 2018 she escaped city life for good, relocating to the beautiful Bay of Fundy region of New Brunswick to pursue photography full-time. With her bold and vibrant images, Tracy strives to capture ordinary scenes in extraordinary light. Endlessly inspired by the wonders of the vast Canadian...

Quite the show for anyone sitting in that red chair. Really nice layering to that waterfall, looks like a soft veil draped over the rocks.
